We do allow Affiliates to market websites promoted through this Program through mass e-mailings according to the rules following next.

The marketing of websites promoted by this Program is strictly prohibited if done through the transmission of unsolicited bulk email. You MUST have a prior business relationship with the e-mail recipient, including but not limited to having obtained their e-mail address through a verifiable opt-in procedure. We strongly encourage you to maintain electronic records of obtaining e-mail addresses for use in mailings. If we get a complaint from a person who received a promotional e-mailing from you, you will need to prove to us that such person did not receive unsolicited bulk e-mail from you.

Transmitting e-mails with invalid or forged headers, invalid or non-existent domain names (or other deceptive addressing) is strictly prohibited.

We also strictly prohibit you from transmitting e-mails that are relayed from any third party's mail servers without the permission of that third party, or which employs similar techniques to hide or obscure the source of the e-mail.

The transmission of an unsolicited bulk e-mail, including the transmission of a counterfeit e-mail, may result in civil and criminal penalties against the sender under applicable laws of different countries.

Should we determine, in our sole discretion that you have violated this rules, be assured that you will be terminated for the Program and you will not be paid for subscriptions generated prior to the date of termination.

If you believe you are the recipient of an unsolicited bulk e-mail from our affiliate forward the offending e-mail to abuse@serious-cash.com. If you can't forward the e-mailings, simply contact us through SUPPORT CENTER. Please include your name, address, telephone number and any information you have about the identity of the person or entity that sent the bulk e-mailings to you.
You may be able to collect information about the sender from the e-mail itself, by examining the e-mails “header,” by examining the webpage or by running a whois query against the webpage domain.
Webmaster must have opt-in email addresses.
Webmaster must have a working remove link on all mailings.
Webmaster must accept remove requests and remove immediately certain email addresses from his lists.
Webmaster must follow and comply with all Federal, State and Local laws governing unsolicited bulk e-mail in EVERY ASPECT.
Webmaster must have lawful subject line, that is accurate as to the content of the message, and which incorporates the FTC subject line logo requirements when implemented by the FTC.
Webmaster can't include sexually explicit content in the email itself, only via hyperlink
